No reward card to claim(again)

Hi, just took up an offer to regrade broadband with promised reward card of £50

as last time i had an offer like this it says no reward to claim when i try to claim it.

any advice,? thanks

Reward cards sent as part of a regrade are sent automatically, once outside the 14 day it should arrive within 30 days.
As they are sent automatically, it won't show in the claim my reward page.

It's good to see you back on the community and thank you for posting.

The information @-Richie- has posted is correct. You'll Reward Card is sent once the 14-day cooling-off period has ended. It normally takes around 30 days from then for the card to arrive.
