I'm due to go Infinity 2 on 28/10, but at no point has BT mentioned the need for my MAC code ? EE supplied it to me surprisingly promptly and with minimal hassle 10 days ago. Will my connection still go ahead without it ? Would BT have got it from EE ?
try phoning options team who are really for existing bt customers but they may be able to help or at least point you in right direction they are uk based 0800800030
