Why are bt trying to hide questions

BT are not trying to hide your question.

As it is obviously related to your previous thread I moved it there so that any body reading it would know the history of why you are asking.

As this is only a customer to customer forum, and we are all just customers, nobody here can help. You have already had a reply from @JohnC2  who works for BT, so it cannot be taken any further.

They can help with information which is all I'm asking,read all of my questions im not asking for bt to do anything,just if it's happened to other customers and what the resolution was,
