None of my mobiles show on myBT account

myBT is really behaving strange recently. I have my broadband and four mobiles under a single account but, while I can still see my broadband details, I cannot see any of my mobiles. When I click on "Manage Mobile" I get an error message and a warning sating that "Our call centres are very busy....". The mobile app shows limited information about the mobiles, but when I log in to myBT on the Desktop the mobiles are not there at all.

I have reported this problem multiple times to BT but so far nothing seems to have been done about it, very frustrating to say the least, without seeing the mobile details it's like flying blind!

Any help please!

Hi @iadjali  welcome to the forum and sorry you can't access your BT Mobiles on your online account.

Were you able to see your Mobiles before ok on the online account?
If not please can you check that you have claimed the Account Holder status
Are the Mobiles on the same account as your line and broadband or do you have more than account number if so can you change the account you are viewing and see if you can view the Mobiles the other account.
