I'm trying to add my account in the MYBT portal. But keep getting the same issue each time, as per the below. I'm not able to select how to confirm the PIN. I have changed all the details in my profile, there is a landline number as well as a mobile number. Also I have a primary email address and a secondary one.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or is this a call to BT directly?
