Hi, I purchased a SIM Only package on the 26th August 2019 with the promise of a free JBL Headphones gadget after the 30 day cooling off period.
I received an initial email a few days after the purchase stating that once the 30 days had passed, the headphones would be posted automatically and there would be no need for me to do anything.
It's now coming to the end of September and I still haven't received any further emails on how to claim the headphones. Is there a way that this can be chased up?

Sorry that you haven't received your free JBL headphones that were included in the package you signed up to. Have a look in your junk email folder and if there is no update you can get in touch with us and we will check this out.

Thanks for taking the time to send us in your account information.
Sorry about the delay in getting your JBL speaker sent out to you. I have raised this with our Gifts team and I will follow up with you as soon as I hear back from them. They work cases in the order received and it can take up 5 working days for a case to be picked up.
As soon as I know more I will let you know.

The BT Shop has just gotten back and your JBL speakers will be dispatched by 09/10/2019 and you will receive an email letting you know when they have been dispatched.
Can you let me know on here once they are received?
