this is for the attention of the moderators (or anyone else who can help!)
My BT broadband was activated on 26th April and I claimed my Reward card on 7th May.
It's well overdue and I've had no response to emails sent to the Rewards team.
What should I do now?

Hi @stevetheadi Sorry that you have not received your reward card yet and had no response when you have tried to chase this.

I've contacted the promotions team to check on delivery of your reward card and also taken over the emails you sent to chase your reward so that only I will be getting back to you.

Hi @stevetheadi I've had an update from the promotions team. They have apologised that you have not received your reward card. They have manually ordered your reward card now and this will take a further 30 days but it is organised now. Please post back and let me know when you have received the reward and if you haven't received it within the 30 days let me know and I will chase again.
