When was your broadband service activated?

It was activated 25.02.19 and was placed online but also spoke to the BT team as had some issues due to being a Sky customer and wanting BT TV also

Thank you for sending in your details. I'm sorry you haven't received your email to claim your Amazon Echo.

I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. I've checked the details of your account and it looks like there was a typo on the email address linked to your order. I've updated this and have asked the Promotion team to resend that email to the correct address.

It normally take the Promotions team around 5 days. I'll follow up with you at the end of the week to make sure you've received that email.
