Not received email to claim free FitBit

Hi, My broadband has been installed since 1/11/2018 and I have not yet received an email to claim the free FitBit Charge 3.  I spoke to an online advisor on 16/11/2018 who assured me that my email would be received by today, but still I have received nothing. Please can you help.
