Thank you for taking my call today. The Rewards Team have got back to me this morning to say they Voucher to claim the Echo has been sent to your email. If you follow the instruction in the email to complete the claim, you should receive the ECHO in the next 4 weeks.
If you have any issues using that voucher, please post back.
