Not received free gift

Hi, 

I switched to BT Superfast Broadband which was installed on the 8th September and was informed i would received a free gift (samsung tablet) but i have not received this. Is there anyone i can contact about this?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!  I have moved your thread to the "Bills & Packages" board where it is more appropriate.

Sorry that you haven't received the code to claim for your free gift.  You can get in touch with us and we will check what's causing the hold up with the code being sent out.
