Not received my reward card

I switched to BT at the end of July and I still haven't received my £50 reward card. I have emailed and used online chat to try resolve this without any joy. Could someone help with this please? Thanks in advance.

Hi @blackngold welcome to the forum and sorry that you are not able to claim your reward card. Would you let me know what date you placed your order and has your broadband been activated for 14 days yet?

Hi John, thank you for replying to my post. I placed my order 15/07/20 and my broadband was activated 29/07/20.
