Not received reward card

Hi i clamed my reward card in April it was dispatched on the 30th of April. Its now been over 45 days and still not received it. I filled in the form online last week to chase it and still not had a reply. Also sent an email and still no reply. Can any one suggest want to do next?

Thankyou, I don't get good signal on my phone. I am moving home In 2 weeks and worried that i don't receive it before then.

Hi @Lolls86,

I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you today.

The Rewards Team have had to reissue your Rewards Card, this was done on the 19th of March and will arrive within the next 30 days. 

I'm sorry I haven't be able to hold of you by phone. If you reply to the text message I sent you, I'll give you a call.

Thanks for replying I spoke with a team member last week and was told the card had been reissued. Fingers crossed I receive this 1. Thanks for your help.
