Not sure if I'm still a customer

Moved to Virgin Fibre on the 24th March from BT. Had a leaving message but also a thank you for joining BT. No idea if home phone is still connected or not. Tried ringing but call centres busy as expected. Sorry to trouble you with this but can't afford to be paying 2 companies and don't know where to turn. Any help appreciated and please stay safe
