Now when I login in to MyBT I get a flash of my account screen before it jumps to my emails
I am unable to login to MyBT as when I do it shows the MyBT page for a second or so before automatically switching to show my BT emails. I have asked for my family to help but no matter what we try on different browsers, on different computers, tablets, phones it just quickly defaults to showing my emails instead of MyBT. We tried downloading the BT app but that doesn't recognise my MyBT Id / password combination. Since I do everything online and you are required to be logged in to MyBT to do everything I am stuck. It was working fine but I have not logged in for a few months so not sure if the recent BT email changes have caused this. We see that some other users have had problems because their BT Id is their BT email address which mine is as well. I have different passwords for MyBT and for BT emails. Is there a simple solution?

Hi @mwilson1, welcome to the forum, and sorry you are having trouble accessing your MyBT account.
The email and BTID password should be the same. I would suggest that you follow the Forgotten your login details? option to change your BTID password and then log in. If that works then check via the manage email page that the email address you use for the BTID is linked to your account.
