ORDI Check

Hi.  I've ben trying to get BT Retail to check that they have the same address for my landline that's on the Openreach database (because apparently it isn't!)  I've spoken to several people over chat and over the phone but nobody seems to have any clue.  I see that the mods here seem to know what the procedure is.  Any chance someone can help?

do you have your phone or broadband from BT Retail?  why do you think there is a problem - have you tried placing an order with BT for broadband?     is you address correct on royalmail database

Hi. Both landline and FTTC from BT Retail, yes. They've always had the postcode incorrect on the bill, but now I'm trying to switch to another supplier and they can't match up the phone number and address on the Openreach database. They've asked me to ask BT Retail to check it but nobody who answers the phone seems to have the first idea what to do, hence I'd like a mod here to help since I see they've helped other customers with this.

New provider has come back that there is still a problem.  I've tried to direct message you but get an error that I can't send any more direct messages at the moment and to try again later.
