ORDI Request to Openreach

I need BT to submit an ORDI request to Openreach to update my address on their database.

How do I initiate this?

Hi @dwroe,

 

We can certainly do this for you. You can reach us by clicking on my user name and then on contact the mods. It can take 5-10 working days for a correction to an address after we submit it.

Hi,

Im very relieved to see your post where you confirm that's it possible for BT to submit an ORDI request.

I've had many lengthy phone conversations and web chats with BT staff, and have been passed from pillar to post. Every person I've spoken to denies that the ORDI process exists, and that's not an exaggeration.

This farce has now been going on for three weeks, and I'm still no further forward in getting our address changed on the OpenReach database.

Judging by your post, and my experience of contact with other BT teams, you seem to be the only person in BT who has ever heard of ORDI. Please could you help us too?
