Could someone please advise as to how I can get the money credited back which is owed to me after closing my BT account? The amount owed to me just keeps rolling from one month to the next. Trying to contact BT directly at this time is impossible!

Hi @rosieandandrew welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're having difficulties getting through to get your credit refunded. The quickest way to get this sorted would be to use the Chat online facility post back and let me know how you get on.
