In September my BT bill shot up so I contacted them to see if they could offer me a better deal.. They couldn't so I gave 30 days notice and arranged to move to another provider.
This morning, the day after I moved to my new provider, I got an email from BT offering me a better deal if I don't leave BT!!
but is new BT deal better that the deal as a new customer with your new ISP?
I haven't looked at the details as I don't want to change ISP so soon after moving.
The headline said I'd save £21 a month compared to new customers.
I just wish BT had offered me this before I left.
