Hi - I have a couple of old, unused, accounts that get in the way when using the various BT apps. I recall the Mods have been able to help others with this in the past - and get them removed/ hidden. Can someone help me with the same? Many thanks - Andrew.

The advice we are giving users at the moment if they are unable to delete the old accounts from their MyBT is to call us on 0800 800 150. Once the adviser has completed validation they will be able to delete the accounts for you within a few minutes.
