I am going round in circles with this. I am currenty with BT just for the sports package but I used to have an old BT account that I paid in full for £212.00 on the 27th October 2016. However it remains on my credit file as a default despite several operators advising me it has been paid and the account is closed. I have asked for this to be correctly updated on my credit file and for the past six weeks this has not been done. I urgently need this rectified as we are appling for a mortgage next year and need all my credit file to be correct etc etc.
