One-off charge

Hello everyone!

 

I'm in the process in upgrading online one of them lovely new Youview 4k boxes, with the Entertainment Ultra HD package.

 

I've got a one-off charge of £49.

Will this one-off charge be placed on the next bill (next month) or paid straight away?

If you have monthly billing the whole lot will appear on your next bill. If you're on the Monthly Payment Plan (quarterly bills, regular monthly payment) it will probably be absorbed and the regular payment adjusted at some stage if necessary. If the latter, be aware that the MPP is prone to foul up by treating one-off payments as recurrent, one of the reasons to avoid it like the plague in my view.
