I have an ongoing issue with business billing and following three lengthy & unsatisfactory phone calls with the overseas call handlers I now to make a compliant.
The problem I have is, that the online proforma will not accept the account numbers I have been provided with, so, as a result I cannot send the email.
Is there an alternative 'external' email that I can use?
