Online Bill Assigning Names to Numbers

I try to assign names to numbers so as to keep a check on who I have called.

However today looking at my online bill all of the names have been deleted & it is not possible to add names to numbers that have been called.

Do BT know about this problem?

When will it be corrected?

I have the same problem,

 

It's been OK until today. Names still in address book.

Very interesting because when this occurred in July I took it up with senior BT staff & about 4 weeks ago got a message to say it had been corrected.

Checked this out & it had been corrected for my landline but not for BT talk.

Decided not to pursue any more as I felt BT had bigger fish to fry.

After Patty post I have checked again & this facility works for me now on both Landline & BT Talk

So what's going on?

I have this problem too. It was OK last month when I checked the calls made but it's not displaying the names instead of the telephone numbers now. I can go into the address book outside of My BT and the names are all there, it's just not picking them up and substituting them for the numbers under the "What You Used" screens in "My BT". I've tried for the last couple of days (10th and 11th December 2013). Can't find any way to report this problem to BT. Anyone have any idea on how to report it?

Can you go into the call list in "My BT"/Recent Usage/ click on a number & change it from a number to a name?

No I cannot do that, have just tried again with no luck.

 

I'm not too bothered but it's strange it has always worked until today !!!!

Wonder whether PHIT123 can do it?

I have just tried again & the procedure works OK, seems strange how the BT system gives differing results to different people.

Perhaps the MODs should take up this issue

I have been experiencing the same issues, i.e. the names are in the address book but are not being displayed on the 'What you used' page of the online bill and attempting to add a name to the address book isn't displayed as it used to be.
