Just an update, I have just logged in to my address book and this is the message.
"We're sorry but we are experiencing technical problems with this section of the site
Please click the refresh icon or press F5." Both of which do nothing.
Maybe it's being worked on ?
I had given up on this. Mine has never worked for months and months.
Assume it's working now, if not let's push for action on the Forum.
Only by pointing out problems, in a nice way, will get improvements
Nope, not working. I just have a list of numbers. Go to save a name and it just dosn't register.
As I said been like this for several months, given up on it really.
Just checked & mine is OK.
So, Mr Moderator Sir could you/would you please take this up with the powers on high.
Why does it work for some & not for all?
I can't even access the address book - this is what I get
I'm looking at it via "My Account" page, I can't even find the "Address Book"
The main problem with the BT Site is that it is just too complicated & cluttered not designed by a User

From MyBT to the right of where is says Hi your name there is a blue box with My Profile , click on that and the link to the address book should be top right on the next page below the usual banner.
The site to me is a complete dogs dinner and does not operate smoothly. The raising of the monthly invoice is done in steps over 2 days with bits of information being amended at different times during the process and there are areas where people haven't been able to access the data eg The usage monitor.
