From MyBT to the right of where is says Hi your name there is a blue box with My Profile , click on that and the link to the address book should be top right on the next page below the usual banner.

The site to me is a complete dogs dinner and does not operate smoothly. The raising of the monthly invoice is done in steps over 2 days with bits of information being amended at different times during the process and there are areas where people haven't been able to access the data eg The usage monitor.

Thanks, found it with a bit of a struggle.

All the numbers have names by them.

So MODS please report problem some are having

Agree this web site is the worst ever it's a dogs dinner!

Would be good idea if they got some Users to sort it out

Re: Online Bill Assigning Names to Numbers

I use IE and cannot save names against numbers ... I spoke to BT about it months ago and was promised that "this known issue" is being worked on!

Any news?

Re: Online Bill Assigning Names to Numbers

That's very interesting to know.  I'm using Firefox at the moment, because I no longer have faith in IE, and I'm experiencing the same problem.

I'll have to try IE to see if it works, if it works OK you can guarantee I'll be firing a few Q's to Mozilla.
