Online account access

Hello

I have had BT broadband for almost two years but unable to access my online account. I pay monthly direct debit with no problems.  BT email me I try to log in to the account it either says account closed or balance of 0.00 and when I try to retrieve past bills it says I have no bill history. BT emailed me to check for any new offers on my account yet on line they say the account doesn't exist this has been going on for almost two years now.

I have tried calling numerous times and live chat but I don't have hours to wait any suggestions on what I can do apart from cancel by
