I took broadband as a new customer, service starting on 15th October. This included a free Amazon Echo and a £125 BT Reward Card. Now that the 14-day cooling off period has passed, I got an email telling me to claim the Amazon Echo which I’ve already done and that's on the way.
I went to the Rewards page to find out how to claim the Reward Card and logged in but nothing was showing. When I queried this by email yesterday, I got a reply from the Vouchers Team telling me that I wasn’t eligible for it because apparently I’d placed my order by phone.
An understandable reply, but this is factually incorrect – I specifically placed the order online, not over the phone, to make sure I was eligible for the Echo and the Reward Card and I kept screenshots of the order process to confirm this.
Eligibility for both the Echo and the Reward Card depended on placing an online order, so I don’t understand how you think I could be eligible for one but not the other.
Please can someone help me resolve this? Many thanks in advance!
Sorry you have received one part of the offer but not the voucher with it.
I can have this investigated further for you. Please send me in your details using the contact the mods link in my profile you will find it in the section About Me.
