Good Morning,
All the packages offered only offer a 34Mb download speed, is there anything I can do to see if I'm eligible for higher download speeds?
On the line checker it's saying VDSL range A clean is high 61.5 and low 41.7.
Thanks,
please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
enter your phone number and post results remember to delete number https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL
Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem

the speeds shown in the dslchecker are just estimates and best guide to expected speed is shown in your hub stats. from the stats you currently have a speed of 40mb with an attainable of 40.6mb and with noise margin at 4.4db you are already getting a boost from G.INP.
I can't see how you are going to get faster. Have you tried using the test socket with a filter to see if by eliminating your master faceplate and internal wiring you can get any faster speed
Is that based off the speed the line can handle or the speed I'm paying for? Only paying for 34 as that's all I've ever been offered, was just wondering if it could ever be increased.
That is the maximum speed that the line can handle.
