Open Order preventing further changes to my account

Hi,

I have an ongoing open order following a change to my TV package. I was told it would take about two weeks for the order to close but it is now over a month. I do understand that these are busy times for everyone and clearly this isn't in any way a priority issue. However, if at all possible, it would be great to take advantage of the flexibility which BT now offers with regarding to changing your TV package, and it seems that other users have succeeded in solving similar problems through this community. Thanks!
