Open Reach has wrong address for me.

We have had ongoing problems trying to get BT to sort out that our address is wrong with Open Reach.  Also, everytime we update it in Billing it enters OK but bills still get sent to wrong address.  I was assured 2 weeks ago that it was sorted out with Open Reach and the Billing but the last bill still had the wrong address. 

Please can someone check that Open Reach has got our address finally right?  What do I need to do if this is not the right place to get things sorted?  Desperate!

I think as you have tried to resolve the both the billing and address issues, that we ask one of the moderators to hop on and offer some help. They will post here shortly so keep checking back.

Hi @Hattie11,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We will be able to update your billing details and also contact Openreach to make sure the records match. Please make sure the Royal Mail have your address listed as it should be as Openreach will use those records to update their own.

Yes, our address is with Royal Mail so that should not be an issue - I've just checked.

It will be most helpful if the moderators can sort this.

Hi @Hattie11

If you have not already done so, click on DannyS name on his profile and fill the form in. It can take upto 72 hours for them to get to the form and look into it. But they will help you get it resolved.
