We had BT TV, broadband and phone calls for now around 3 weeks. We had planned to have a home tech visit which was cancelled by BT twice so I installed it myself.
However the order is still showing as “Open” so we cannot order anything else or upgrade packages or do anything it seems until the order is closed.
Does anyone know what we have to do to get the order closed as chat service has disappeared during the virus outbreak and phoning will take ages.

I'm sorry your order hasn't closed off correctly. It does look like its the Home Tech installation that's keeping the order open. I've sent for this to be closed off and I'll drop you a message once that's been done.
