Open order stuck on account

Hullo!

I’ve got an open order stuck on my account. It’s been there since the 30th of August, I’ve contacted BT over the phone multiple times. Was last told it’d be gone by the end of yesterday (6th September) but it’s still there. I wouldn’t be as bothered but I’m trying to add something else to my package and I can’t until it’s gone! Help!
