Open order

I upgraded my package on 13th Jan to Halo2 and a mini disk was installed by the Envoy engineer since then I have been trying to get this order shown as closed to no avail rang so many times lost patience now some please help

Why is the open order causing issues,  is it stopping you from placing other orders?

My account package can not be seen online so no usage or proper account details and prices

As you have already tried to get it closed a number of times, you will need help.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hallo there further to your private message which I replied to a few days ago

Would you believe I have today received yet another appointment date for the Envoy engineer?due to come on 10the this is the four out fifth unnecessary appointment sent for something which was completed by the on 13th Jan

To say I am at the end of my patience is putting it mildly I am 78 years old and long standing BT customer I think the next step might be cancelling my whole account with BT.

Sorry that you have received another appointment date.

After being told today by connection dept that my open order would be closed this afternoon and tech visit cancelled needless to say nothing has been done what is is with all the departments I have talked too telling me one thing and then doing nothing I’m at my wits end can someone please tell the truth is it that difficult
