Open order

Hi i am trying to claim my master card but my account says i have an open order. I have had my package up and working for 2 months now so should not have an open order. Can anybody help in how to close it please?

I'm sorry it hasn't closed off yet. I'll need to have the order checked to see what it is. I'll need your details to check it. To send them in, click on my user name, view profile, and then copy and paste the link under "Moderation Team Email Address" into your browser.  Complete that form and we'll get back in touch with you. It may take us 1-2 working days before we can get back to you.

I've sent this off to get the order closed, and also to see about getting the rewards card sent out. As soon as I hear back from the team I'll update you.
