Just a thought is the fact that the Envoy engineer didn’t sign off the order on 13th causing the problem
The Envoy engineer originally came to fit power lines for us to get wi fix but found they did not work she then suggested mini hub and spoke to the order department and told them she would fit mini hub as she had one in her van and I myself then agreed to my new package and price over the phone with them she took down the new VOL number for her records I hope this will help .
I have yet another engineer visit due tomorrow if I let them come will they be able to finally close this order
@Mrsjelly78, I don't believe it will. I can see there is a case ongoing with order specialists as it appears there is a problem with our system which has prevented the order from closing properly. I can see my colleague @PaddyB has been looking at this for you so I've left him a message requesting that you're contacted back with an update.
