Open order

I have an open order dated the 17th of February, when I track it, it stops on the 18th of February.

I received everything I ordered. Called bt several times, hanging on the phone for ages, being transferred from one department to another and promised it will be closed within a week. Am still waiting for it to be closed. Also had an xbox included in my deal, but as long as the order is still open there will be no xbox. With everything going on at the moment I can do with a bit of entertainment. Does anyone have any idea how to get this sorted.

Thanks for your reply Keith, but i am paying for this service and they are still taking the money out, so it looks like i am going to spend time on the phone again.

BT are prioritising helping vulnerable and elderly customers so if you phone you will join a long queue and may get some help eventually

Thanks for your reply Imjolly, I am 70 and been sitting in for 3 weeks now and fed up, but you are right, probably spend hours on the phone again and still get nowhere, probably best keep staring at the geraniums.
