This is the 6th time I have had to reschedule because the openreach just never shows up, I am losing work and sleep because of this and it is ridiculous.

Wow, 6 missed appointments!
Reminds me of the days of FTTC Managed Installs.
Think the record I got back then was 13 missed appointments before me and two other Engineers all showed up at the same time.
Thats why Openreach brought out Fibre 8’s, aka Self Installs.
Problem with FTTP it’s not possible to do that.
