Order Still Open

I have an order stuck open, spoke to someone on Monday and was told that part of the order had failed and get someone to look at it. The order was rerun so a SIM card could be activated but the order is still open saying sorry it’s taking too long. Also on my packaged the phone section has gone.
I can’t do any changes to my mobile package because of this.
