Hi there I have set up a new account with BT for a broadband and tv package over the phone with an agent. I am still awaiting the confirmation email about my order and I made an upfront payment over the phone for line rental, which has come off my account. The agent did not provide me with a reference number either and I thought this would come in the email. No one at customer service has been able to track the order with my details and this is very concerning as the money has been paid upfront and I have no line of sight into my order details. Please would someone assist me with this! The engineer date has been booked for 30 October 2018 and package due to deliver shortly after that apparently. But no confirmation of my order after payment has gone through. Please assist immediately.
