Just wondering if a mod or someone could help as I am slightly confused and a little concerned.
I have just regraded my broadband from halo to fibre 1 with which I lose my mobile data boost which is ok. I can see this change on the order on My BT however I am slightly alarmed at it also stating that this means a new 24 month contract has been applied to my mobile which was not discussed.
Hi @NathanS thanks for your post and your mobile contract term won't have changed unless you have changed your phone rental (if you have one) or mobile package. If you would like to check then you would be best to call in and ask to check the end date of your mobile contract.
