Order date changed by BT not eligible for £100 card offer
I ordered BT nfinity on the 27th November online which meant I was eligable for £100 prepaid card. The order was accepted. The order was then cancelled by BT and a new order raised by them on 1st December. I have claimed my card but heard nothing and now checking online it says I'm not eligable for any extra. Why should I be penalised for BT cancelling the order itself and raising a new one ?

Did you submit the original order reference or the second reference? Can you try the original order reference again? If not then drop me over an email with your details and I'll look into it for you.
