Order date changed by BT not eligible for £100 card offer

I ordered BT nfinity on the 27th November online which meant I was eligable for £100 prepaid card. The order was accepted. The order was then cancelled by BT and a new order raised by them on 1st December. I have claimed my card but heard nothing and now checking online it says I'm not eligable for any extra. Why should I be penalised for BT cancelling the order itself and raising a new one ?

Thanks for posting. Did you cancel your service as per your How do I cancel BT infinity thread? If not I'm sure I can help with this. Did you submit the original order reference or the second reference? Can you try the original order reference again? If not then drop me over an email with your details and I'll look into it for you.

No I didn't cancel my order.

i have four VOL numbers

one for the order I placed on the 27th November which BT cancelled

one on the 1st December which I can open and sates the activation date 16th December

one on the 17th Decmber which when I open says error occurred

and finally one on the 24th December which I open it says error occurred.

 I have raised a where is my card form for 2 of the vol numbers I could open.

im confused and I'd appreciate your help
