Good morning, I placed an order back on the 12 March, but the process timed out.
This order is now showing as pending, and I cannot process it or even place a new order.
Is there a way I can cancel this order?

Hi @NGammage welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. Sorry that an open order is stopping you placing any orders. If you are in a hurry to place a new order then you would be best to call and customer services will complete the cancellation of that order.
