Order reference for M&S voucher link

Hi, my BT service is now active, I've found the link to claim the M&S voucher but it won't accept my VOL order reference.  What format does the order ref need to be in please?

Hi @Janet28  Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. To claim your M&S voucher you should see an order reference starting with the letters AJM or BTC. Check and let me know how you get on.

Thanks John - both my confirmation email & the MyBT site have only VOL order references.  Where would I find the AJM or BTC reference?

If you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do

Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.

It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.

Hi @Janet28  I've moved your thread to a more appropriate board. Log into your BTID and check out the link @Keith_Beddoe  has provided and you should find the order reference. If you still can't find it let me know and I'll be happy to help you get the voucher ordered.

I tried the link which took me into MyBT, but the order number quoted there also starts with VOL,

I think its actually called the sales reference, and should have been on the email confirming your order.

Anyway I have ask a moderator for help.

Sorry you're having trouble claiming for the M&S voucher.  We will need your details to confirm what the sales reference is for you to claim for the voucher.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you.

I rechecked my emails & there was nothing referred to as a sales reference - hopefully it'll get sorted!
