Ordering broadband and phone

Hi all, could someone help me please, I have been with BT for the whole year but was going to leave but changed my mind, when I spoke to BT they offered a better deal to stay which I accepted,then I had a email asking me to complete my order which I did but it was not  for the one I agreed to,so cancelled it, at the moment I do not have a contract with BT, but when I tried to order BT from both BT or uswitch I get so far then it comes up " cannot complete order as you are leaving BT " but I checked to see if I had any outstanding orders to be completed but there are none, could anyone tell me how I can order a BT package please. I advise calling the orders team based in the UK:

Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm
From a landline: 0800 100 400
