Outstanding Order

My order VOLO13-xxxxxxxxxx  has not been applied it should have bee activated 0n 19th March 2020.In the meantime my month bill has shot up to £65 when it should be in the order of £41.I have tried ringing but after holding on for 50minutes gave up.There used to be a on BT site with an address so that you can register a complaint but that seem to have vanished.

I cannot afford the pay this higher amount I need this order activating and credit given to my overpayment
