Over charged. How can I put this right?

I renegotiated by broadband and landline package in February. However, the order is still open and BT are over charging me, every month, by about 3 times what it should be! Tracking my order, on the website, is circular and leads nowhere - as does contact BT. How can I contact BT to fix this because pretty soon I won't be able to afford the monthly bills?

try phoning the options team who deal with contract renewals and see if the can help you sort it out 0800800030

I was reluctant to phone 150 because of the pressures of C19 but managed to get through on 030. Hopefully, things will get resolved soon. Thanks.
