I have overpaid on my last bill, just seeing whether I could get it sorted please.

If it isn't too much, then it is simpler just to leave it so that the overpayment amount is offset against next month's bill.

I can’t, I need that other payment back has I have other bills to pay.

You will need to call BT on 0800.800.150 and ask for the Billing Dept to see if they can help you.
