Re: P2P being throttled

Most Torrent client ENCRYPTION are bad or dont work fully

i use Vuze with Encyption RC4 with not normal ports aswell so hard to guess what im doing and i still get Throttled

ports numbers i use is well above 58 thousand range and have Randomize ports each time i start up Vuze aswell and not using bt Router either

So i would love to know how BT detect it and throttle it

Re: P2P being throttled

So, in that case, try uTorrent. Forced encryption only. It works perfectly 🙂

Re: P2P being throttled

I can't get the Glasnost test to show me the results, I have the latest version of Java installed but it just sticks at processing data after the tests have run and then nothing else happens no matter how long I leave it. Anyone else had this?

Re: P2P being throttled

I have now tried re-contracting 3 times via the phone and nothing has happened each time taking about an hour explaining to them why I need to re-contract.  them not having a clue what i am on about then no re-contract occurring absolutely nothing happens even after getting multiple assurances the re-contract will go through

Re: P2P being throttled

Start as if you were a new customer, when you enter your details it will recognise you as an existing customer and do the upgrade for you.

That is what we have been told works although I haven't tried it.

It will be a new 12mth contract though whichever way you get it done.
