Package not included in bill

My latest bill should have included a change in the TV section from Essential to BT Sport with HD/4K. I swapped to the Sport/HD pack on August 31st. On MyBT the system still has me on Essential even though I've been receiving the bigger pack from the 31st. Do BT want any more of my money? What's the best number to call to get this sorted? I don't want them noticing their mistake later and leaving me with hefty back payments to pay.

I hope you are keeping well?

It sounds like your order hasn't completed correctly, sorry about that. The best number to call would be 0800 800 150 and once they check the account they will be able to decide what needs to be done to correct the issue.
